ISL has spent over 80,000 face-to-face hours with senior executives. We are in an unique position to advise Chairs of Boards how CEOs and senior executives ‘tick’. We have seen the best leaders. We have seen the dysfunctional ones. In addition, we know how to measure them up and provide specialist advice to Board Chairs.

Since 2001, ISL has supported CEOs to create high performing organisations by unleashing the power of leadership potential.  We sit down together and talk through the root cause of people and culture problems and design effective high impact solutions.

ISL has a number of experienced HR specialists that support HR in developing a ‘leadership framework’.  We also provide a suite of tailored solutions: open programmes, in-house tailored courses and workshops, online training, facilitators, coaches, profilers, and digitally integrated performance dashboards. Our goal is to support the GM of People & Culture to step up to a highly valued and regarded Strategic Partner.

ISL has helped over 2,450 senior managers step up to strategic leaders; some to the highest levels in commercial and government sectors.
