Next|Steps

Next|Steps Ongoing Executive Coaching is for graduates of either the Strategic Leadership Programme or Leadership Programme for High Potentials. The six sessions held over six months following the participants’ leadership programme are designed to imbed the insights and changes that they have learnt there. If desired and where possible, the participants executive coach from the leadership programme will complete the coaching.

Applicants from the programmes are encouraged to arrange the Next|Steps coaching when applying to complete their leadership programme – this can be arranged via the Application Form  for the particular programme.
