Executive Coaching

Executive Coaching is a tailored, one-to-one developmental experience for CEO’s and senior-level executives with leadership roles. Executive coaching is ideal for the alumni of ISL programmes as well as for those who do not wish to undergo a structured ISL leadership residential programme.

Executive coaching provides a comprehensive assessment, feedback, and coaching package.

Format

A comprehensive assessment profile that includes
Personality and leadership style surveys
360-degree feedback information and telephone interviews with selected work colleagues
Face-to-face feedback and goal-setting sessions
Ongoing coaching by telephone, in person, or both
On-site observations – shadowing – can be included in the assessment or coaching phase
Review of progress towards goals

Duration

Executive coaching sessions are typically held monthly over 12 months, according to the executives needs and work schedule.
