MasterClass
The 2-Day MasterClass
series is aligned with the drivers of shareholder value and
provides managers with the critical "strategy
and people" knowledge and skill-sets viewed through the lens of the GM and
CEO.
The MasterClasses
utilise the Institute's syndicate-based experiential learning methods as used
at Q-Station, Millbrook and Clearwater.
Tutors are experienced and well qualified presenters and practitioners.
Courses are aimed at our SLP and LP graduates, as
well as their colleagues and networks.
Participants receive a certificate on completion of each course. Courses qualify
for the NZ Institute of Chartered Accountants Continuing Professional
Development Hours.
All MasterClasses are
2-days in duration running from 8.30am to 4.30pm
each day and an
accommodation package can be arranged through ISL for those from outside Wellington. These courses
are useful in their own right to target specific developmental needs, but are
also designed as a continuum enabling participants to systematically build on
the knowledge and skills gained on each course.

*This programme is run in Wellington and participants from Australia and Singapore are very welcome. We can run these MasterClasses in-house for organisations that are a sufficient size to warrant it or if 4 or 5 organisations are happy to learn together.
